What type of stone do you use?

Granite, hard sandstone and volcanic basalt (among others)

Where is your stone sourced from?

All CWSW stone originates in the US - some is purchased, some is found, some is upcycled from local reclamation projects.

How are your holds made?

CNC machining and manual methods are used to shape each hold. All feature flat back surfaces and metal washers for secure mounting.

Is hardware included with my order?

Appropriate mounting hardware is included in each order - refer to the 'Installation Instruction' page for more info.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Your order will be prepared for shipment soon after being received - changes or cancellations are not possible once a tracking number is emailed to you. To modify an order before shipment please get in touch via the contact form.

Where do you ship to?

At this time, CWSW only sells and ships to US customers. Subscribe to the email list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is offered free of charge for all orders.

What carrier do you ship with?

All orders are shipped with USPS - Ground Advantage.

Can I track my order?

You will receive notice of shipment and a tracking number as soon as your order goes out.

Do you accept returns?

I accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in unused condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. To arrange a return please get in touch via the contact form.

Is there a warranty on CWSW climbing holds?

All CWSW holds are guaranteed for three months after delivery. A warranty claim will require that the hold be returned to CWSW. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. To arrange a warranty claim please get in touch via the contact form.
